Skinny Pancake, Burlington VT 's creperie restaurant, is now open at the corner of Lake & College Street on the waterfront in beautiful Burlington VT!

OUR HOURS: Mon 7am-2:30pm; Tues-Thurs 7am-10pm; Fri 7am-12am; Sat 8am-12am; Sun 8am-6pm. Thursday night is live music @ The Skinny Pancake, so come down to check out some of the coolest acts in Burlington!

The Skinny Pancakes creative crepe artists, spearheaded by our new head chef Timothy Collins, have added a number of new crepe creations to the menu. As always, we're putting the highest priority we can on local and sustainable foods and practices.

The new space features a sunny patio, full espresso and coffee bar, comfortable nooks to relax in and enjoy the view--all in a newly laid out space designed with recycled and environmentally-friendly materials. Once the weather turns a little cooler, please come join us for "Skinny Dipping"... we will be adding fondue to our menu this winter!
