There aren't a lot of places in Burlington that offer both a great dining atmosphere and a good bar.
The food is excellent, in particular their apetizers and salads, and the service is great.
One of the best things about Sweetwaters is that, if you sit down at a table, you and your underage friends can still hang out late, and the over 21 croud still gets to drink!
