Having gone to Koto's a number of times I can say, without hyperbole, that it is my favorite place to eat in the Burlington area.
To get the full Koto's experience you have to eat at a hibachi table; where a personal chef cooks your meal before your eyes and treats you to a variey of culinary tricks... ask for a volcano, its the coolest.
The two things that tarnish Koto's reputation are thevery high prices, and the difficulty in getting a hibachi table. If you want hibachi be sure to call ahead!
