I used to order from New England Wings all of the time and loved their food. However, recently I placed an order that was delivered and it was cold when I opened the containers. I called the manager/owner and all he would do was give me another partial order or a partial credit for the future. I didn't want to wait another hour for the food and I didn't want a credit for the future because there was no guarantee it wouldn't be cold again again. I spoke to the mgr./owner and he said I was only one unhappy customer and he didn't care because he had plenty of other customers. I've worked in customer service and would have been fired for responing in that manner.
