Boyfriend and I are looking to get our own apt. Therefore, we are looking for someone who would be interested in taking our room at 435 Dorset St Commons. (It's right on the CCTA bus route!)
The rent is only $400 month + util. In the winter, Utilities there are never more than $100.
There are two boys living there now, you would be filling the third room and would have full access to everything.
